I am an integrative and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, seen and supported. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and experience in the anti-violence sector, I bring both academic training and perspective gained from being with people in moments of crisis. Supporting those who have been affected by violence taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and holding hope for healing. I trust in the potential we each carry, and that our inner resources are waiting to be gently uncovered.
My first career was in geology, where I worked on shifts away from home in challenging environments. Though different from counselling, this demanding work provided experiences that shaped my understanding of human resilience and capacity. It also gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of connection, balance, and supporting mental health in real-world contexts—lessons I carry into my counselling practice.
The approach I take is guided by your unique needs, values, and worldview. It is important to me that I bring evidence-based practice to my clients while also supporting your creativity. Whether you are looking to build coping skills, explore patterns, or develop deeper self-awareness, I aim to walk alongside you with care and curiosity. Together, we can create space for the strengths and possibilities that are already within you to emerge.
