Autism
Neurofeedback has been one of the most unexpectedly uplifting experiences in my daughter’s journey. Watching her gain confidence, settle into herself, and find moments of calm that used to feel out of reach has meant the world to me. What touched me most was how relaxed and happy she felt during the sessions — no pressure, no discomfort, just a space where she could be herself. Our first big gains with Neurofeedback showed up in Emmy’s sleep. I’m now confident that her quality of sleep has improved — her stamina throughout the day is stronger, and she’s able to stay engaged for longer without getting overwhelmed.
We’re now well over 100 treatments, and the progress has continued to grow. Emmy is participating in most classroom routines and schoolwork, and she’s gaining noticeable confidence with her peers. One of the most heartwarming changes has been seeing her seek out friends and enjoy being part of the group. Now at age 12, we call Emmy a selective speaker. She has always been able to communicate her needs and wants using minimal language as well as her AAC device. But since starting Neurofeedback, we’ve been hearing increases in her sentence length and structure, which in turn has supported her reading and writing skills. Her confidence in peer communication has increased significantly as well. These changes may seem small to some, but to us, they are huge and incredibly meaningful.
She genuinely looks forward to her time with Liam, and as a parent, the relief and proudness I feel are overwhelming in the best way. Neurofeedback has become a meaningful part of her support journey, and we’re deeply grateful for the progress we’re seeing in her everyday life. While autism is part of who she is, Neurofeedback has helped her shine in ways I hadn’t anticipated. I’m so grateful we gave it a chance.
We deeply appreciate the unwavering dedication, the high level of scientific knowledge, and the individualized care given to Emmy. Knowing she is truly seen and supported has been invaluable for our family.

Hormone Regulation
I am 45 years old and have spent a year navigating hormone replacement measures. Although I have felt improvement, I was still searching for relief from a handful of issues that have slowly taken over my daily life—sleep struggles, perimenopause symptoms, anxiety, emotional ups and downs, and a constant feeling of low energy. I just wanted to feel like myself again. Turns out, Neurofeedback was my answer!
After committing to the sessions, I have noticed subtle shifts that quickly added up. My sleep became deeper and more consistent, and the overwhelming waves of anxiety and worry started softening. The internal emotional dysregulation that I was masking daily feels more manageable, and my perimenopause symptoms became far less disruptive. Even my energy has slowly returned—I finally felt that spark again, like a giant sigh of relief inside.
I am a preschool owner/operator, a perimenopausal mother to an amazing autistic 12 year old daughter, a wife, an auntie, a caregiver to my grandmother and a person that many friends, family and peers find solace with. Although the overwhelm will always linger, Neurofeedback has truly been a reset/lift for my mind and body. I feel clearer, calmer, and more grounded than I have in years. I’m so grateful I took the step—I genuinely didn’t realize how good I could feel
again.

Motor Control Dysfunction & Emotional Regulation
Back in 2019 I started noticing my left ankle not working well after riding my horse. It was a very weird sensation and I couldn’t walk it off. Into the spring of 2020 my family and friends were out for a long walk and started to feel like I didn’t have much control of my leg. The further we walked the worse it got. No pain, just no stability or control. My girlfriend and I started getting concerned that I was having a stroke. Turns out I was not. However, I spent the next three years running through the traditional medical gauntlet. Nerve specialists, neurologists, CT scans, MRI’s and nothing. They had nothing. The neurologist told me that I did not fit into a “box” that he could diagnose. The more we tried for a diagnosis the more it was implied that it was all in my head. My girlfriend Jen kept telling me if it was in my head she would get it with neuro. I had so many specialists and so many things I was trying that I didn’t want to add one more thing. Then I hit a point and I had had it! Quality of life was declining. I couldn’t do the simplest thing like go for a walk. All my other activities had stopped. I stopped many of the other treatments and started neurofeed back. After one treatment my leg never gave out on me again. It has taken a few years to build my leg back up but it was no longer collapsing on me.
I have hit times in the last couple of years that my stress has been too much to handle and my emotions all over the place. We have also used neurofeed back in these situations to help balance me out.
I have seen so many positive outcomes with neuro between myself and my friends that I highly recommend it to anyone. It helps with so many things.
