Our Story

Nestled in the heart of the mountains, where the Columbia River winds its way through Revelstoke, Kaizen Wellness Centre began as a quiet dream—one rooted in compassion, science, and the unwavering belief that true healing is possible. Founded by Jennifer and David Wright, our journey started under the name Columbia River Counselling & Neurofeedback, a small, family-run practice with a big vision: to create a sanctuary where individuals and families could find support, understanding, and a path toward lasting well-being.

What began as a single practice soon became something greater. Word spread, not just about the services we offered, but about the way we cared—about the belief that mental health, like physical health, is not something to be "fixed" but nurtured, cultivated, and tended to like a garden. More people sought our help, and with that growth came new locations, new opportunities, and the evolution of our name. Kaizen Wellness Centre was born—an identity that reflects our guiding philosophy: that small, steady steps toward wellness can lead to profound and lasting transformation.
