Continuous Growth, Lasting Wellness
At Kaizen Wellness Centre, we are dedicated to supporting lasting mental and physical well-being through evidence-based therapies, advanced neurofeedback services, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). With our main office situated in Revelstoke, we serve individuals across British Columbia, striving to create an inclusive and compassionate space where clients feel supported and safe to explore healing and personal growth.
Wellness in Motion: Mind, Body, Life
At Kaizen Wellness Centre, we embrace the belief that true transformation happens in the quiet, steady rhythm of small, intentional steps. Guided by the Kaizen philosophy, we understand that lasting wellness isn’t built in a day—it’s nurtured over time, one choice at a time.
Mental and physical health are not separate; they are deeply intertwined, each shaping the other in ways both seen and unseen. Mental well-being is not an afterthought—it is a cornerstone of a fulfilling life. Just as we care for our bodies with routine check-ups, our minds deserve the same attention, the same compassion, the same dedication.
Science affirms what we’ve always known: when we care for both mind and body as a whole, we cultivate resilience, enhance healing, and open the door to genuine, lasting well-being. At Kaizen, we walk this path with you—one step, one breath, one breakthrough at a time.

My name is Dana (she/they) and I grew up in a small farming town in Ontario. I moved to BC to pursue my career in education in 2004 and have been here in Revelstoke since 2014. I have 20+ years of experience working as an educator and school counsellor, in therapeutic programs, including youth residential treatment programs, addiction centers, and educational institutions. I am also a certified Restorative Justice and SMART Recovery Facilitator. These diverse positions have left me with a strong client-centred orientation, where I strive to meet humans where they’re at. I am of English, French and Indigenous ancestry. I am a descendant from the Kaskaskia Nation, and many other Muskrat French-Indigenous people of the Great Lakes region.
I am mindful of cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic concerns as they apply to health and education systems. I believe therapy is a courageous and collaborative journey that involves building safe, trusting, and compassionate healing relationships. My approach to therapy is rooted in experiential, mindful, and narrative techniques. I see children (as young as 4), youth, adults, and elders in my practice. I strive to hold safe spaces for clients’ stories and provide gender-affirming, trauma-informed, equity-centred, and culturally responsive care. I have an Accredited Facility Dog from PADS, named Pyxis who works alongside me to provide dog love. When I am not teaching or studying, you can find me spending time with my family soaking in the beauty of Revelstoke, drinking coffee, or getting tattoos.

Ketamine Lab, Neurofeedback, Registered Counsellor
I am a registered Clinical Mental Health Counsellor and a member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I began my career working in crisis counselling as well as working with individuals, couples, and families in a private counselling practice.
My treatment philosophy is rooted in Existential psychology and Humanistic psychology with and emphasis on evidence based treatments. Viktor Frankl, an Austrian neuroscientist and psychiatrist shared, ”For the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour. What matters, therefore, is not the meaning of life in general but rather the specific meaning of a person’s life at a given moment.” I work collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment plan that is unique to the goals they want to accomplish. Each person and their life experience are unique and therefore require individualized treatment modalities.
When I am not in the office I can be found enjoying the mountains with my husband and our four children, writing literary fiction, traveling internationally to advance my education in the fields of counselling psychology and cognitive science, advocating for our local youth and… napping.

Nyah Beuter - Kaizen
With dreams of one day pursuing a career in medicine, I started my journey by receiving a combined bachelor’s degree in the life sciences, chemistry and environmental sciences from the University of British Columbia. My life science studies were focused in neuroscience, with a particular interest in neurodevelopmental disorders such as attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and the impact of various drug interventions. In my chemistry studies I learned the science behind various pharmaceutical compounds and strengthened my understanding of the chemical and electrical processes that underlie brain activity. After completing my bachelor’s degree I moved back home to train as a neurofeedback technician and greater my understanding of the mind and body’s impact on the health and behavior of individuals from various backgrounds. My goal is to eventually take this knowledge with me through medical school and use it as a practitioner to better treat the whole patient by integrating both mental and physical aspects of their health into their treatment plan.
As a self diagnosed super nerd, when I am not studying you can often find me lost in a book or enjoying intellectually stimulating conversation with my friends and family.
