As a therapist specializing in trauma, I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey—one that requires an integrative, evidence-based approach. Trauma impacts both the mind and body, and true recovery comes from addressing both with compassion, precision, and specialized care.
I draw from a variety of proven therapeutic techniques, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I incorporate EMDR, hypnosis, neurofeedback, neuromodulation, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when appropriate. These innovative approaches help regulate the nervous system, reprocess trauma, and create new pathways for healing, resilience, and lasting change.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can reclaim their sense of self, break free from the past, and step into a future of strength, balance, and possibility. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I am mindful of cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic concerns as they apply to health and education systems. I believe therapy is a courageous and collaborative journey that involves building safe, trusting, and compassionate healing relationships. My approach to therapy is rooted in experiential, mindful, and narrative techniques. I see children (as young as 4), youth, adults, and elders in my practice. I strive to hold safe spaces for clients’ stories and provide gender-affirming, trauma-informed, equity-centred, and culturally responsive care. I have an Accredited Facility Dog from PADS, named Pyxis who works alongside me to provide dog love. When I am not teaching or studying, you can find me spending time with my family soaking in the beauty of Revelstoke, drinking coffee, or getting tattoos.
“Addiction is not a choice that anybody makes; it’s not a moral failure. What it is: it’s a response to human suffering.”
- Gabor Maté
“Relationships are the agents of change, and the most powerful therapy is human love”
- Bruce Perry
“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
- Shannon L. Alder

I believe that within every person lies infinite potential, waiting to be uncovered and nurtured. Life is a journey shaped by experiences, perceptions, and the stories we tell ourselves—I strive to help my clients rewrite those narratives in a way that empowers them to move forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply personalized. I provide a non-judgmental space filled with empathy and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their challenges openly and honestly. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic/Body Awareness techniques, Hypnosis, and EMDR, I tailor treatment to fit each person’s unique needs, personality, and goals.
I also work with couples, guiding them toward secure-functioning relationships through experiential, evidence-based techniques grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and the biology of human arousal. Whether working with individuals or partners, my goal is to support each client in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and fostering meaningful transformation.
Caring for our mental health is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their path to healing and growth.
